Black coal Pigment can create a beautiful clear eyeline, fill the space between the lashes to create the thick lashes effect, as well as perform a light diffusing above the eyeline. If you want to create an artistic make-up, you can add a soft diffusing over the eyeline with our Coffee, Olive and Pistachio pigments.
